ISO 9001 is the primary internationally accepted standard for Quality Management Systems. ISO 9001 displays the requirements for a quality management system which can be used by an organisation to increase customer satisfaction. EPI is continually working to improve its products and services to increase the satisfaction of our customers. Because we do this on the basis of ISO 9001, we continuously pay attention to the overall process of translating the customer’s wishes into the delivery of the desired product.

NEN-ISO 14001 is an international standard that specifies the requirements for an environmental management system. This enables an organisation to develop and implement policies and objectives whilst considering the legal and other obligations that the organization endorses, detailing the important environmental measures to be taken.  Environmentally sound business operations are extremely important at EPI. We deal responsibly with natural sources, we pay attention to our energy and raw material consumption, we minimise waste and are constantly working on tightening these processes.
