Reference – Collège Stanislas – Court Tour

The Collège Stanislas, in the center of Paris, is a private secondary school that has been known for its great achievements for many years and is, therefore, one of the highest-scoring educational institutions in France.

The school has been making intensive use of its sports facilities for years, which is why the current sports floor finish in the sports center needed to be replaced.

Renovation with a sustainable solution

The school wanted a durable point-elastic finish that met European standards and quality requirements and selected the EPI PU-Sport 900 system. The system consists of a shock-absorbing underlayer which is made from >80% recycled materials, after which it is finished with a 2mm thick elastic polyurethane self-leveling layer made from biologically derived raw materials and a water-based, matte sealer.

Quality and certification

The EPI PU-Sport floor system has been extensively tested by an independent accredited body: KIWA ISA Sport,  complies with the standard EN 14904, and is classified as a P1 floor system. The floor system also meets all VOC guidelines for indoor sports environments and is classified as A+ according to French legislation.
