Strong and trendy office finish

Esdec develops, manufactures, and supplies professional installation systems for solar panels on all roof types. Due to the fast growth of the business, Esdec had to move to a larger building.

Fast move

With a view to timeframe and cost, Esdec opted to renovate the existing floors. An EPI Advanced Base floor system is very suitable in rooms where design and high traffic quantities come together. In the corridors, offices, and canteen, this seamless and fluid-tight floor was installed. For the pantry and the toilet blocks EPI Corestone was chosen. This very strong, concrete-look product was installed on top of the old tiles on the floor and wall.

Enthousiastic reactions

Later that year, the Esdec Innovation centre was opened. Stijn Vos, managing director of Esdec: ‘We are very satisfied with the quality of the EPI products. The reactions from our employees and customers are, without exception, enthusiastic. For our innovation centre, which has a surface area of about 1,000 m2, we decided on an industrial floor finish from EPI. Of course one with ESD properties, for our R&D Lab.
