Reference – Reception Van den Bos Flowerbulbs – Superbase
Van den Bos Flowerbulbs specializes in lilies, freesias and callas (white arums) for professional flower and pot plant growers. Because the entrance to the head office was no longer representative of the innovative and internationally operating company, interieur designer Laura Kleijwegt was asked to restyle the entrance.
Colourfast and crack bridging
The floor had to be installed over a floor that already showed quite a few cracks. It was also important that the floor was colourfast. To meet these requirements Laura selected the EPI Superbase self levelling floor with EPI Membrane. Adding the EPI Membrane allows the floor to absorb up to 2.5 mm cracks. The EPI Superbase PU cast floor is completely colourfast.
Design
The design possibilities of the EPI Superbase cast floor are endless. The floor is available in any RAL colour in a blend or a solid. In addition, you can also opt for decorative flakes. The colour Autumn was chosen for this project. “Thanks to the abundance of daylight in the hall, the warm appearance of this colour really comes into its own.” says Laura. “The floor is colourfast and thanks to the crack-bridging EPI Membrane I am sure that Van den Bos Flowerbulbs will be able to use this floor for years to come!”
