Reference – House Naarden – Superbase

EPI Superbase Blend Nature dining area

In 2018, Tom and Alexandra bought a beautiful home in Naarden. They wanted to renovate the home, which was built in 1980, fully to their own taste. The couple first approached an architect, but later decided to draw their own design and carry out the work themselves

Noice reduction and maintenance friendly

Both upstairs and downstairs, the couple wanted a floor with a concrete look, but without the disadvantages of concrete. As self levelling floors are reduce noise and easy to clean, EPI Superbase self levelling floors caught their eye. “We visited the showroom of Karakter Vloeren” in Naarden and got fantastic advice” says Tom.  “They gave us samples to take home, to see what colour would suit best. We chose the colour Sandy for the upper floor and applied the colour Blend Nature downstairs.”

Exactly the right colour

“To make sure that the colour composition of the blend floor would be correct, we were present when the floor was applied”, says Alexandra. “It is wonderful to be able to check, whether the blend is really what you had in mind, and the result is smashing!” Tom adds: “We like the floor a lot. It’s a pleasure to walk on, it is easy to clean, and it looks fantastic!”
