Extreme load-bearing capacity
The requirements imposed by the government for factory floors are stringent. Looking at the environment, a factory floor must be entirely fluid-tight. Looking at safety, skid-resistance must be taken into account. If electronic equipment is used, static electricity must be prevented.
Factory floors face various challenges. Chemical products or corrosive substances may be used, as well as heavy equipment or forklifts. The substrates as well as the base should be able to bear all kinds of traffic and heavy machinery.

Existing situations
EPI cast floors for factories are very suitable for installation in existing situations. The new top layer has a minimal thickness, which often makes architectural modifications unnecessary. If you’re moving constructions because the space is being redesigned, the existing floor is often no longer fit for purpose.
