Extreme load-bearing capacity
The requirements imposed by the government for factory floors are stringent. Looking at the environment, a factory floor must be entirely fluid-tight. Looking at safety, skid-resistance must be taken into account. If electronic equipment is used, static electricity must be prevented.
Factory floors face various challenges. Chemical products or corrosive substances may be used, as well as heavy equipment or forklifts. The substrates as well as the base should be able to bear all kinds of traffic and heavy machinery.
Able to withstand all environmental factors
In addition to extreme load-bearing capacity, the EPI factory floors can also withstand a broad range of extreme environmental factors. Our floors are heat-resistant, moisture-resistant and cold-resistant and meet all the requirements set by current laws and regulations for self levelling floors in factories.
Our industrial floors are specially designed for production and logistical environments in factories. Thanks to the versatility of EPI industrial floors, they are also very suitable for use in, for example, workshops, ESD spaces, and warehouses. Our floors are characterised by the following properties:
- Extreme high load-bearing capacity
- Short time between application and ready for use
- Attractive pricing
- Choice of a wide variety all colours
- Custom finishings possible
EPI cast floors for factories are very suitable for installation in existing situations. The new top layer has a minimal thickness, which often makes architectural modifications unnecessary. If you’re moving constructions because the space is being redesigned, the existing floor is often no longer fit for purpose. If you choose an EPI factory floor, you can use the renovated space within 48 hours of installation. The floor is entirely usable by then
